Hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone................. I hope you all are doing well. Today's topic is “Right time to eat”. This is a very short but important topic. Because proper diet on time is more beneficial than exercise to stay healthy. For the breakfast right time is 7 to 8:30 AM and please don’t have it after 10 AM. The best time for lunch is 12 to 2 PM and please don’t have it after 4 PM. And the most important thing you should remember that the gap between breakfast and lunch should be 4 hours. The right time for dinner is 7 to 9 PM and please don’t have it after 10 PM. You have to remember that the meal must be 3 to 4 hours before sleep. Only with a 15-minute yoga and proper diet plan anybody can stay healthy and fit. Always remember that our health is our first priority because if you are healthy and fit then it brings confidence in you and with the confidence you can achieve anything in your life. So health is more important than life’s goal.
