Difference between thinkers and doers

What’s up, guys? ....................................I hope you all are doing well. Today’s topic is “Difference between thinkers and doers”. Both are related to each other because only doing something without thinking and proper planning is nothing and only thinking to do something is also useless. For example, if anybody wants to establish his own company then he should hire employees with different-different qualities. Maybe some of them have good qualities of thinking and some of them are able to do hard work with consistency and with the help of each other they can be able to establish a very successful company. But if we take both of these separately then there is a huge difference between doers and thinkers. Thinkers always live there life in illusion or we can say in dreams. 

They always prefer thinking more than doing anything and that’s why they can get a good package in any reputed company. And they spend their whole life as an employee. Second are doers, according to me doers are better than thinkers because they have the capacity to do work on their dreams and hard work is always better than talent and only thinking. A hardworking consistent person has the ability to achieve their dreams. Doers never afraid of any challenge but thinkers always think before doing something. I know thinking is good because it makes any person smarter but you have to face challenges if you want to become a successful person. Every person has different opinions about doers and thinkers. 

According to my conclusion and my observations doers are better than thinkers but when both works together then nothing can beat them in life. Both have their own pros and cons. If a thinker has an open mind to think more than the doer, then doer has a hard-working capability. If thinkers can give you smart ideas of anything then doer can work on them consistently. Only thinking is not enough to live a successful life, you have to work on them to become a successful person. 

A doer has more capacity than thinkers because doers mean he can do hard work on their thinking also and make themselves capable to think and then can easily work on them. If you want to start your own business you do not need to hire multitalented persons for your company because if you hire different qualities persons then you can work with them as a family or in the group and you will definitely become a successful person. Because working together is always better than working separately.
