• Always begin with praise and appreciation. If someone is doing well in his life, you have to praise him for his efforts so that he can achieve more and more in his life. Small efforts can be the reason for big change.   

                             

• You should also respect other people's opinions if you want to be respected. Give respect, take respect.

• If you are in an argument with someone, keep your voice down. It will give them the impression that you are winning the argument.
• If someone insults you, pause for a second and look into their eyes and say, “are you okay”
