Today's topic is “Stretches to reduce tension”.  There are mainly four stretches that help to reduce tension. First is Balasana, it removes back pain, shoulder pain, and chest pain. It is good for the nervous system.  It also helps you to breathe more deeply.

Second is Upward-Facing Dog Pose, it improves posture. It strengthens the arms and spine. It also stimulates abdominal organs. It is also very beneficial for asthma.

The third is plough pose, it calms the brain. It stretches the shoulder and spine. It is also beneficial for headache and back pain. It increases circulation and it also prepares our body for meditation.

Fourth is Paschimottanasana, it calms our mind. It stretches the spine and shoulders. It is beneficial for the liver and kidney. It improves the digestive system. It reduces headache also. So these are the four most important stretches to reduces tension and improve your memory also.
