Today I would like to share my views on “Benefits of lemon water”. Lemon has so
many health benefits and the amount of lemon anyone uses depends on their
personal choice. Its consumption has no risks but it can damage your teeth
enamel if you consume it often.
Health benefits:
- It improves your immune and digestive system.
- It Maintains blood pressure.
- It increases energy and also helps to prevent cancer.
- It improves liver functions and balances pH level.
- Antioxidant.
- It is a great source of potassium.
- Decreases joint pain.
- Keeps skin healthy and clear.
- Reduces weight and inflammation.
- Fights with infections.
- Relieves constipation and reduces stress level.
- Balances blood sugar level.
- Good for brain and bones.
- Low in calories and rich in vitamins and minerals.
- It lowers cholesterol.
- It has anti-aging properties, etc.
Thus it has so many benefits but some of them are myths scientifically
Such as It increases your IQ level but this is not true because it can make you
feel better and focused in the morning but it can’t increase intelligence. And
second, is there is no scientifically proved evidence which can show us that
lemon water is more helpful than simple water to reduce weight, etc.
