well. Today I would like to share my views on “Important tips to train your
brain for high performance”. I am going to share some very important tips to
train your brain; hopefully, these tips help you to increase your brain
performance. First, according to me, listening to the voices of
nature are the best exercise for the brain such as the voice of birds,
slow music with closed eyes, and listening to the wind, etc. This practice of
listening can train your mind because it increases your focusing power. It
gives you internal peace. Second, you have to push yourself what you need more
than what you want. The meaning of this line is you should leave your comfort
zone for some time so that you can do whatever you want to do.
If you can’t leave your comfort zone then you can be moving towards
laziness. And laziness can damage the learning power of the brain also. Third,
try to do something different from others. It is a good workout for
your brain. You should try to do something different and inventive at your
workplace, in school and college labs, at home, etc. It increases your learning
and thinking capacity. If you are not able to recall anything, then learn and
repeat it again and again. Fourth, read books, magazines, newspapers, and blogs
every day. Every person has a different taste in reading. You should spend at
least one hour reading what you like. Fifth, yoga is also the most important
exercise to train your brain. It keeps your brain and body healthy and active.
Every yoga asana has different benefits and effects on the brain. Seventh,
write down new and creative ideas.
It forces your brain to think and analyze more. Write down and research
new case studies. Blogs and article writing also makes you more creative and
inventive. Eight, focus on your healthy diet plan. A healthy diet and yoga both
are equally important for the brain. Ninth, sleep well. Sleeping is very
important for the health and performance of the brain. It keeps your brain
calm. Tenth, playing games is a very nice habit for increasing the performance
of the brain. You can play games anywhere such as in phones, tablets, laptops,
computers, colleges, schools, and at home also. Eleventh, participate in
competitions. It increases both your knowledge and brain performance.
And try to think positively in every situation. Meditation is a great
way to increase brain performance. It increases your focus and peace of mind.
Try to keep healthy relationships with your family and friends. Remember always
one thing guys if you want success and everything fantastic in your life then
you have to learn to do sacrifices and compromises. So these are some tips to
