well. Today I would like to explain “Twenty five-minutes yoga workout to live a
happy life”. Yoga is the best solution for every disease. Yoga is like a fuel
for your life. It keeps your body, soul, and mind healthy and fit. You can not
realize this when you are young but with time when you will become older, you
will definitely notice the benefits of yoga. Before it’s too late you should
start a daily practice of yoga for at least 20 to 25 minutes or according to
your time. Yoga can balance your life. Yoga makes your life happy and
long. And meditation is the best part of it. It will increase the level of
self-confidence and enthusiasm. If you have no time to do yoga for one hour
then you can do all these poses for at least 15 to 25 minutes.
