Everyone has two situations, the first is happiness and the second is sadness, whether they are poor or rich, whether they are educated or not. Here I just want to say that everyone has problems in his life. Sometimes people don’t understand how to deal with problems and thus overthinking can push them toward depression and mental health issues. Usually, people don’t like to talk about their mental health but it’s normal to talk about it because it is also the same as our body's health. This is a very serious problem and those who have mental health issues should talk about it openly so that they can overcome it. From my point of view, I can suggest some solutions for it.

  • First is meditation. As everyone knows that meditation is best for mental peace. It also improves your concentration power. 
  • Share your problem with your loved ones. So that they can help you to overcome it. If I speak honestly I always like to do my work on my own and I always try to solve all my life's problems alone. But mental health is something that we can’t solve alone. We have to speak to others for help.

  • Surround yourself with people who always have positive attitudes toward life.
  • Listen to your favourite good songs and avoid sad songs as much as possible.
  • Try to spend your time with kids and motivate them towards their life. It will make you feel good and relaxed.

  • Help poor people and needy people. It will make you feel blessed.
  • If you can’t handle multitasking then avoid it and do what makes you feel good because sometimes multitasking can cause you to overstress which is not good for your mind.
  • Daily say thanks to god for what you have and say thanks to those people who are always there for you in every situation. 
  • Improve your personality and exercise daily 
  • Focus on a healthy diet and stay hydrated.

  • Encourage yourself and do your best. 
  • Distance yourself from negative people and take a break from social media. But in the case of using social media, it depends from person to a person how he is using it. If you are using it to gain knowledge then you can continue with that but if you are using it only for your time pass or entertainment then you should take a break from it.

  • Sleep and rest adequately.
  • Stop comparing yourself with others.
  • You should do at least one mind task and something creative daily.

  • Always try to look at the bright side of everything.
  • Try to talk very nicely with yourself and with others.
  • And last try to express your thoughts properly.
